Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also contained in this new document release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling various parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
